You are only considering a JLI Commemorative Collage because the person you would like to memorialize is of great value to you and your family. It follows then that the items you would like in the collage are truly precious.

Call First: Ask for Jack and talk about your project before you send anything. Based on the information that you provide him, he will give you a tentative quote. Once we receive your items, he will evaluate them and give you a final quote over the phone or by e-mail. And don’t worry about this - your quote is just as likely to go down as it is to go up.

Send as Safely as Possible: We suggest that you use FedEx or UPS so that you have a tracking number. We also encourage you to send it overnight so that your valuables are in transit for the shortest amount of time (don’t send morning delivery because there is no such thing in Arroyo Seco).

Written Inventory: You need to provide a written inventory with your collage elements. Please include information regarding any damage to any items in the inventory. When we open your package we will pull out your inventory and do an accounting of the items and their condition. If the inventory does not conform to the items we will call you and try to correct the situation before we handle the items further.

Contact Information: Please include your contact information including: mailing address, shipping address, telephone number, and e-mail.

Credit Card Information: Once we have received your items we will call you to confirm receipt. Over the phone we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will be charged 50% of the collage quote. The final 50% will be charged when your final print ships at the end of the process.
