Printing on Paper

There are two charges when printing on paper: printing and media (the paper itself).

Printing
17 cents per square inch for the first print - (height x width x .17)
16 cents per square inch for subsequent prints that are exact replicas (including size).

$16 per piece minimum (waived for promotional material)

Media Charge
Paper - The primary mission of JLI is the finest quality reproductions of artwork and photography. Virtually all of our paper printing is on the finest watercolor papers available (some promotional and technical work is printed on high quality technical paper). The following price list includes the most common papers we use.

Somerset Velvet for Epson - 505 gram sheets - The finest bright white 100% cotton watercolor paper we carry, this thick plush paper is produced in England and can be hand torn for a beautiful, feathered edge.

Epson Textured Fine Art Paper by Crane - 425 gram Sheets - White, but less bright than Somerset, this Crane paper is 100% cotton rag with a beautiful, warm finish.

Ultrasmooth Fine Art - 500 gram sheets and 250 gram roll paper - A white, hard, very smooth, hot-press watercolor paper. Perfect for extreme detail.

Pricing for all the above papers vary only slightly - the highest pricing is listed below.

Other Paper Services
Cutting - the charge for cutting paper to a custom size (6 standard sizes listed above) is $2.50.

Hand Torn Edge - Offered on our premium sheet papers, we will tear the four sides for $10 (or we will be happy to teach you to tear your own).
