When you order a JLI print, we usually inform you the same day that we have received your order. Your prints will be produced within 24 hours of your order and will ship via UPS ground or Priority Mail within two working days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and an e-mail upon shipment.
Flat Rate Shipping Charges: All orders of up to $200 will be assessed a $20 shipping fee. Orders between $200 and $300 will be assessed a shipping fee of $30. There is no charge for shipping orders over $300.
Satisfaction guaranteed: Any JLI print may be returned for a full refund of the print price within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked. Of course we replace any print that is flawed or damaged in transit, and we also will reprint any JLI print damaged by the purchaser or framer at 60% off of retail price.
