Order Information:

Turnaround Time: Once you place an online order, JLI will quickly send you an order confirmation with delivery information. Typically orders of Open Edition Paper Prints and Cards are shipped the next day via UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Open Editions: Canvases take 4 days to go through the production process. Your Canvas will ship within a week via UPS Ground.

Limited Editions: In many cases we will direst you to the Artist's Website to purchase Limited Editions. In some cases we will handle the sale, but the time it takes to get the Artist into the studio to sign the print is beyond out control. We will make every effort to expedite your order and will keep you informed through email. Also, in some cases we will have the Limited Edition Print in stock and it will ship the same day.

We recommend that you give us a call if you would like to purchase a Limited Edition on Canvas or Paper.

Shipping Options: We usually ship via UPS Ground and sometimes Priority Mail for smaller prints in tubes and cards.
